STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! When they put my new crown in and told me to bite down, it broke in my mouth. So she ground my tooth down even more. Then she tried to put my old temporary crown on the tooth, it broke as well. Now I have to go through the whole thing again. I have to be back in two weeks again. After this ordeal is over with, I will not be back. Since I can't leave an additional review with even less stars, I will just have to add to my last one. After two sets of impressions and five visits, my husband now has to go back to have his dentures redone. Even the doctor that made them said he made them a little “big”. And they are huge and painful. No fixing, no grinding, no Fixodent, just a completely new set, said another doctor since my husband’s doctor was on vacation. Five more visits, more wasted time, and we do not feel confident that this set will be any better. I have heard other horror stories about Eastern Dental while in the waiting room, too many to get into details. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

First time at Eastern Dental! Everyone was so nice, especially Bobbi. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair. The doctor was extremely gentle and was able to put my tooth back on the front upper! I love this practice! Did I mention how clean everything is. Definitely 5 stars!!

The x-ray technician and the dental technician were excellent. But I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived at 10:15. And was not taken until 11:30 which was uncalled for especially with no explanation. Fortunately, I had no other appointments so I did wait - unhappily. But I was prepared to leave if I wasn't seen in the next few minutes.

I googled this business as my dentist of many years recently retired. With a double appt today for a cleaning and a cavity, I enjoyed how professional and courteous everyone was with whom I had contact. My issues were addressed and my treatments were handled in a concerted and timely basis. Very pleased I found such a great dental experience. Bravo Eastern Dental and thank you!

Giving it one star is too high. This was my second visit. I figured I’d give them another try after my last appointment of an hour and a half wait today was a two hour wait. The receptionist was rude along with just a very unfriendly atmosphere. The only bright star they have is the hygienist, but I still came home and switched out to another dental plan.
